RSVP

QUESTIONS

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Saturday, March 15th, 2025.

What if I've missed the RSVP deadline?

If you've missed the date, please reach out to see if accommodations can still be made.

Do I RSVP online or mail in my RSVP?

To simplify the process, we're doing online RSVPs. Click here to RSVP.

Can I bring my children?

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate children unless they are named in the RSVP. We want you to have the opportunity to enjoy the evening and enjoy spending time with us as we celebrate. If you believe there’s an error or omission, please let us know promptly so we can make any necessary changes. Please note a few immediate family members may have children present.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to limited food and seating, we can only accommodate individuals who are on the guest list. If you're allocated a plus one, you'll find them in your RSVP. If you believe there’s an error or omission, please let us know promptly so we can make any necessary changes.

Is there a hotel block reserved?

We didn't reserve a hotel block due to the small number of guests traveling in. However, we've listed some recommended hotels on the Accommodations page for your convenience.

EVENT

QUESTIONS

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding will take place outdoors. Accommodations will be made if inclement weather is expected.

What is the weather this time of year?

Typically the weather is crisp and sunny in the afternoons and cool in the evenings. For the cool evenings we've got blankets and heaters, and you can warm up by the fire and enjoy some s'mores! Consider bringing a jacket if the temperatures drop in the evening.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The wedding starts at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to ensure you have time to park and arrive to the ceremony location.

What is the Dress Code?

We're requesting a semi-formal or dressy casual dress code. For women, think dresses or dressed-up pants, and for men, consider a button-up and slacks, blazer and dress pants, or a suit. Please avoid jeans. As the event will be held outdoors, we recommend comfortable yet stylish footwear. A jacket or shawl might be handy for cooler evenings. For those of you who would like outfit inspiration, click here!

How do I get to and from the venue?

The wedding venue is surrounded by beautiful nature, but you're minutes from the Lawrence hotels. Driving is recommended and common ride sharing apps are available in the area.
The ceremony is a 5-6 minute walk through nature from the parking area. Transportation to the ceremony will be provided for those that require assistance.

What are the parking accommodations?

There is a grass parking lot with plenty of parking available. Transportation to the ceremony will be provided for those that require assistance.

Expect a delicious and unique culinary journey with a Mexican twist. You won't want to miss it!

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

When filling out your RSVP, please note any restrictions you may have. (The RSVP will ask for restrictions for each individual listed on the invitation.)

Will there be drinks/Can I bring my own drinks?

Alcohol will be served along with a selection of other drink options. While drinks are provided, feel free to bring anything you wish.

Are there any other wedding-related events I need to attend?

Yes! The evening before the wedding there will be an outdoor concert and food truck with Tennessee based artist, Steve Moakler performing on his #CrashYourCasa tour.
